Dedicated to the family, Michele specializes in promoting the safety and beauty of childbirth at home.
Starting with free consultation, pre-conception and/or early pregnancy.
She provides prenatal care in your home if you live within a 20 mile radius of Kalispell or Somers. Michele works with families outside of this perimeter; however, prenatals take place at her home office.
Individualized prenatal visits include lab work as needed, urine checks, vitals, fetal well- being, counseling, preparing for upcoming life changes, as well as education covering practical and philosophical aspects of childbearing and postpartum. Nutrition and prevention measures are emphasized. On the average, each prenatal visit last 60 minutes, giving ample time for your questions to be answered and concerns to be heard.
She is available 24/7 for problems, concerns, and your expected due date. A qualified back up will be provided if the need arises. All other calls should be made during normal business hours.
Michele also provides active guidance and support during labor, instilling confidence in the laboring parents. Her expertise can assist families in making their own informed decisions when difficult or unexpected situations occur.
She is available in the early postpartum weeks to check on mom and baby's health, facilitate the father's participation, breastfeeding support, and help with family adjustment.
Waterbirth tubs for labor and/or delivery are available for rental.
